  Ordered three sandwiches and ones onion ring. Waited thirty minutes to contact. After watching people leave with food that came after me I was told they were just begging and people were being served in order. Food finally came like it has been sitting for thirty minutes. Have to wait for a while new order. Total transaction time was 50mins.. No coupons, no comps.

  Horrible customer service. Waited 30 minutes for two shakes. The lady who brought my order out almost gave it away thinking I left from the long wait. The corporate offered me a small shake coupon for the inconvenience which doesn’t make since considering I got two mediums so atleast one coupon for a medium shake should have been offered. Couldn’t call the store cause they closed at 10 but I had my order in by 9:45 (again just two shakes) automatically was sent to voicemail at 10:10 when I tried to call to ask if my order was going be filled or if I needed to get a refund. It wouldn’t be a big deal honestly but there was no apology for the ridiculously long wait, couldn’t reach the store to inquire about the order. Just all around bad business practices. I get it’s fast food but do better..

  The girl who comes out to deliver your order is very nice and friendly; I hope to return to that place and see her again.
