I order breakfast burritos from here quite a bit and the consistency is very poor. One day might be a really good burrito, but the next barely has anything in it. Ordered 2 Super sonic burritos today. One no onion, one no tomato. The burrito that was marked no tomato was full of tomatoes, so they were labeled wrong. And neither burrito even had tater tots in it. Paid all that for basically a dang junior burrito. Highly disappointed.

One shouldn't need to yell when ordering. Fix your speakers/microphones. I'm sure the lady taking orders doesn't enjoy saying "Can you repeat that?" four times every order.
I'd love to be a consistent customer again but until it's fixed I'll be going to one of the other great burger places in town.
In response to Sonic: It isn't my job to send a report, make a phone call or do anything else to appease your system. If you have pride in your company, figure it out.
