    Every time I drive by there after 12am-1am they showing open to 4am the people that works there setting down at the table not working. Your best bet get there before 12am they will not answer you at the drive-through

    I had a very frustrating experience at this McDonald’s location. I ordered a large caramel frappe through the mobile app using 4,300 reward points and selected drive-thru pickup. When I got to the window, I was told they were “unable to make a frappe.” No one notified me beforehand in the app, so I had already used my points and driven there for nothing. I politely asked if they could cancel the order so I wouldn’t lose my points, and I was told they couldn’t do that either. The employee’s only solution was for me to “come back tomorrow and get one,” but they did not provide a receipt, replacement coupon, or anything in writing. I also received no apology. I went inside to speak with a manager, and the situation got worse. The manager would not even come to the counter and instead mumbled to me from the back of the store. The interaction was rude and very unprofessional. I still do not understand why the order couldn’t simply be canceled when the store knew they could not make the item. As a result, I left with no drink and lost 4,300 reward points. This location seriously needs better customer service and training on how to handle mobile app orders when items are unavailable.

    I've been to this Mcdonald's plenty of times and never have had any issues. For whatever reason this time, when i ordered the new Hot Honey Chicken sandwich, i got no chicken patty. Got a good laugh but it was very annoying. They also forgot two whole McChickens.

    Every time I look online late at night when I get off work it says that they’re open but every time I go through the line the computers are off nobody’s in there the hours they say they’re open are clearly wrong on Google because they’re never open. it says they’re open 5 AM to 4 AM. I come at one they’re closed. I come at two closed again. One of the other times I came through the drive-through I was upset because I had been sitting there for almost 10 minutes waiting for somebody to take my order and they took somebody else’s order at the next line that came in seven minutes after me and I was upset on the phone speaking to somebody in my car on a private call and two of the younger employees jumped on the microphone all upset. I apologized for my personal conversation that wasn’t their business and they told me to come Inside and speak with them about it if I had a problem, I’m not gonna go inside and fight with children that’s crazy. They need to let some of their current employees go and get some better ones because the service is absolutely unacceptable.

    I had a very unprofessional and disrespectful experience with this McDonald’s employee, Jayla. She was standing at the food preparation/packing counter with her back turned to customers while using her phone, which was laying directly on the counter. This raised a serious food safety concern, as personal phones should not be on surfaces where customer orders are handled. During our interaction, Jayla used profanity toward me. As she walked away, she continued mumbling under her breath, assuming I could not hear her. This behavior was extremely disrespectful and made me uncomfortable. I have always understood McDonald’s policy to emphasize food safety, professionalism, and respectful customer service. This interaction did not reflect those standards, and I was disappointed by how the situation was handled. This behavior should be addressed and not accepted, as it does not meet the standards expected of McDonald’s employees.
