- JWJames WadeNov 16, 20251.0The manager at this location should be replaced. I went in and there were 9 people behind the counter with computer issues. I was just waiting for hash browns. After about 10 minutes a little grumpy manager waffles out of the back. I see her out together my order and ask her for it since she put it behind the counter. She cops a major attitude and snaps at me. No customer service. I walked out. She is miserable and has no motivation skills. Her entire staff is just standing around while there's a line of 8 people and she gets mad at the customer. Absolutely unacceptable. If it was my store she would be fired on the spot. She is killing your business.
