I talked to their little corporate customer service bot for a refund so I SUPPOSE I got my money back. this location needs to be held accountable for missing items, as this seems to be a common complaint in reviews I’ve read across the internet.

The only customer service available is via AI “Pepper” and I was essentially brushed off and issued a pre-emptive refund instead of fulfilling my request to have the missing item delivered. This isn’t just a store screwup, this is corporate failure.
