  Who ever was working the window taking the drive thru orders @ 10:30 am was extremely rude and also incorrect about my order. I am aware that the hazelnut cloud is a latte be that as it may you can still put hazelnut syrup and cold foam on my cold brew. So why would you waste both of our times being rude to me? I will be back but when I can come inside instead of the drive thru because that’s apparently the only time y’all can properly prepare my drink without being rude as all hell.

  I'm a door dasher, and the drink holders are very flimsy for large drinks. Service is excellent, staff is very polite and helpful. Please check in redesigning drink holders.

  There was a young lady That took my order had a look on her face, handed me my drink and just stared at me , no smile no have a good day. Didn’t say anything. Didn’t feel inviting felt intimidating. Asked for a matcha a basically got milk. Not drinking it after that. Sorry I was inconveniencing you by coming to get a drink!

  Being rude to me over a blueberry doughnut is silly and I know you over sweetened my brown sugar shaken espresso on purpose. Work on your customer service! Girl it’s only 9:42 am you didn’t even try to have a good day before you tried me. 🙃

  I stopped by Dunkin’ this morning and ordered a Dunkin’ latte with an extra shot of espresso, which is something I get almost every morning. When the drink was handed to me, it looked almost completely white, which was unusual because with the extra espresso shot it normally has a darker color. I politely mentioned that the drink didn’t look like it usually does and that it seemed like the espresso shot might be missing. Instead of checking the drink or trying to help, the employee immediately became defensive and said, “What do you mean? That’s what you asked for.” I explained that I know what the drink normally looks like since I order it regularly, but she dismissed me and said, “I’m not even going to argue with you.” The situation was frustrating because I wasn’t trying to argue,I was simply asking for the drink I paid for to be made correctly. The response felt dismissive and disrespectful. I hope management addresses situations like this so customers can feel heard when there’s a simple issue with an order.
