She gave me an attitude when I corrected her again because she still had the wrong food she got mad and threw a fit when I got to the window to get my food. I told her I ordered my drink with no ice. She got mad and said why didn’t explicit hear you say that! This has been going on for the last year and a half.

On top of that it was for a diabetic person. Come on Wendy’s! Pay attention!! No straws! No napkins!!

I am thankful I had realized why my son started screaming in pain shortly after I had ate one of the nuggets myself. I am pissed off at the fact that this type of mistake was even made considering some people can not handle any type of spice. Also our experience ordering our food as well was horrible. We were rushed through our order and asked in a rude manor “what else” over and over again until they just told us our total before we had even finished our order. If you go to Wendy’s, you’re better off going to a different location. If they keep this up, they will be gone just like KFC, Popeyes, and Hardee’s. Fix your night staff to people who actually have respect for customers. Ordered 8-16-25 at 11:33pm.
