  Would leave 0 stars if I could. First I had to re-enter the order 5 times because the website was constantly freezing and then deleting everything in my cart. Then i submit the order for $200 worth of food for my employees and it shows the tracker thing. But then I realized I meant to specify a delivery time so I called the number shown on their website for the store i selected. I waited on hold and then spoke to a man that said he wouldn't be able to change the delivery time but that it would be delivered within the 50 minutes I was initially shown on the website. So I rush to get ready and look at the website and the tracker was gone so I called again and they put me on hold forever and then say oh well something went wrong so now it's to late and we won't make your order. When I asked why it was confirmed in my first call they got rude and loud and then tried to imply my card might have been the problem. Not only did I receive a confirmation text that it went through but their website confirmed it and then the person I spoke to confirmed it. If these employees cared one bit about the 30 people waiting for an order they clearly dropped the ball on they would have stayed 15 minutes late to fix it. But they have zero customer service skills and made no attempt to fix this so idk if I'll ever give them another chance.
