My order was over an hour late, and neither in the lobby nor in the drive-thru did anyone acknowledge me. I waited more than 20 minutes at the drive-thru window with three different employees walking by multiple times without saying a word. I eventually had to knock on the window just to get someone’s attention. What’s worse is that every customer who came in during the 1.5 hours period was treated the same way. Truly unacceptable and inexcusable.
