  Once again, I placed an online order, and when my husband and I arrived, we gave our name and waited about 10 minutes. The order still wasn’t ready. A couple of minutes later, we were asked what we had ordered, but the food was still not prepared. This has happened more than once, which makes the online ordering process frustrating. I hope this can be improved moving forward.

  This was hands down the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. My order was over an hour late, and neither in the lobby nor in the drive-thru did anyone acknowledge me. I waited more than 20 minutes at the drive-thru window with three different employees walking by multiple times without saying a word. I eventually had to knock on the window just to get someone’s attention. What’s worse is that every customer who came in during the 1.5 hours period was treated the same way. Truly unacceptable and inexcusable.

  I went to pickup 2 pizzas as usual but we stayed in the pickup line for almost 1hr and the driver of the car in the front of the line went to every car and said there are only 2 people that are in no rush whatsoever. Those employees should know better and actually care about their customers. If you are going to get Pizza Hut, get it from Columbia Avenue. Way better there.

  Ordered large two topping pizza to feed grandsons and myself. Delivery promised between 6.20-6.30. The order froze midway first time so had to resubmit it. App froze at preparing so no idea if it was getting close to delivery. Then at 6.33 I get notice it was delivered at 6.31 but no pizza at our home. I wait ten minutes and call PH. Young man is apologetic, says Grub Hub has it out for delivery. I felt like it was the all too common situation where the store was likely understaffed and running behind. He did say the app was often inaccurate re prep and delivery times. He said to call back if it didn’t arrive shortly. The photo shows pizza and in box when opened with time received…burned cheese on kids’ half, nearly cold, and late by 20-25 minutes. I really prefer PH for delivery pizza but this poor service etc seems to have become norm for this store, at least in last 3-4 times I’ve ordered from them over last year+. I cannot recommend this PH unless they show steady and significant improvement in quality and timely delivery .
