I stop by 3–4 times a week—before work or on weekends—and there’s almost always a long wait. Sometimes I’ll sit in the drive-thru, but it usually takes 10–15 minutes, and most days I simply can’t wait that long without being late to work, appointments, or other commitments. What’s frustrating is that this location never used to have such serious time-management issues. Lately, though, it’s become such a problem that I’ve had to stop going in the mornings because I can’t risk being late. I don’t think customers should have to leave home 20 minutes earlier just to get a coffee. The drive-thru being backed up to the road has become a consistent issue, and I hope it can be addressed.
