For my online order that was placed at 6:50pm with an expected pickup of 7:30, i did not receive until 7:55. Ask me if was an apology or anything comped? I’ve worked in the food industry and you are supposed to make things like this right with the customer. I gave bww a try again only because of the deals but they have not been worth the headache at this location. Also i asked for wedges and i feel like these are the bottom of the bag wedges, they are wedge crumbs
