So I will start by saying give good service and you will get a good tip(majority of the time) I walk in and the lady at the counter tells me to sit any where... I find a table and I sat there for over 15m(start looking at the menu online to order soon as she comes to take my order because I dont want to waste time) She come to my table and told me the items I was trying to order was "online only" she gave me a menu and I said "give me a moment" I was ready to order after about 3minutes.. 20min later she comes to my table to tell me she is switching shift and a new server will handle my order she will be over shortly... 10m past and this new server walked past me at least 10 times checking on the other tables! Not once did she even make eye contact with me... So 45m I sat at a table waiting until I just got up and left... Busy or not communicate that!!!! Its just so rude to not say anything and have a customer waiting like that!

The excuse given by the manager was that they were down servers but all the servers were covering their tables and some right next to us! We still were not given any attention. Do not give excuses! Fix it! Will not go back.
