I was the only customer in the restaurant. The kiosks were broken and I got tired of waiting for an employee, so I ordered on my app while standing at the counter. About 15 minutes later my food was still not out, still no employees came out. I went to the counter and made eye contact with an employee in the back and they were just walking around, still didn’t say anything to me. Finally got an employees attention and asked about my food, it was already done and just sitting in the back. There was also another customer waiting for their order to be taken at this point, I told them she was waiting and an employee just walked past me into the gas station and rolled his eyes. 0/10
