  Placed order through the app; it says something along the lines of "they use my location to estimate when I'll be there to pick it up to ensure my food is fresh" - The food was cold soggy and stale by the time I got up there. I also Ordered 3 Blizzards with my 3 orders of food - on ALL THREE BLIZZARDS they were apparently not mixed appropriately or something bc again, on ALL 3 OF THEM - the first half was as they should be - but midway thorough and all the way to the bottom was nothing but straight vanilla ice cream. Also, the mocha brownie blizzard (forget the full name of it right off the top of my head) was missing the brownie pieces in it all together. The crew that evening looked to be all high school kids so a mistake here and there is expected as your are learning but not to the point of the service we received that evening. This was April 8th so they should have plenty of training at this point.

  Was the only person inside, made my order and then went to get me a drink from peacocks and went right back to get my order. It took them 20 mins to make 5 blizzards and a banana split. By the time they wanted to give me my order 4 out of 5 blizzards were melted and runny. They didn’t have the 5th one ready. So we had to wait for them to make the 5th one. Also all the kids do there is talk to their friends and also make sure their friends get their orders first. There were 2 customers after me and they got their orders first before I got mine. Also a door dash person come to get an order and they didn’t even have it ready to be picked up. They had to bag it for the dasher. Which is crazy it should’ve been ready to pick up and go. But this place needs to stop allowing so many friends to keep the workers from working. I will not be back to this Dairy Queen what so ever I would rather go to sonic to get my ice cream from now on. This place sucks.

  Got food through the drive thru. Food was hot and made fresh. 10/10 would recommend.
