  Consistently the slowest Taco Bell I’ve ever encountered. I’m not talking about 10-15 minutes to get food. I’m talking about it takes you a dedicated half hour or more to go through the drive thru.

  I am very disgusted as to how we were treated today. As we were in the drive-thru we need an eight pquesdillas that had chicken 2 that has steak. We tell the person on the other end of the order they say “oh wow that’s crazy.” I am not sure what was crazy. After that, she continued to ask, “What did u need?”as if she couldn't hear all of sudden. So we pull around and go inside to order. We asked for a manager, they asked her if she said that. The Lady with the red hair and undercut running the drive-through says, “ I said something like that”. She these discipline for her behavior today, not fired but disciplined

  Its taco bell, whatever you think it is, it is. Fast food slop, but does the trick when you're in a rush

  3/7 1 am My frustration is just from tonight. The past maybe 6 times I've ordered on the app they do not get the order right . I order things without pico and lettuce things like that. It literally makes the job easier bc you don't have to put extra things on the food . I mean yes I can pick the stuff off but that's not the point . The point is , is I select "no" on the items I don't want on the app . When I get to the drive through they repeat it back to me and they say "no pico" "no lettuce" so what is the damn issue with the people on night shift

  The girl taking app orders eating nacho fries and licking under her fingernail right befor making drinks did it for me but she continues eating a bite then licking her fingers making sure she licked under her nail was horrid..then I look in the bag and get hit with a heavy mold smell off the bag itself..I'll never understand things like this and nothing will change ..yall get worse by the minute and have the nerve to charge the prices you do..waste of time to even complain
