Rude, hardly ever get your order right, and yet still shove a screen in your face for a tip. Laughable. Whoever was working the drive through taking orders on 11/2/25 at 8am should never work in customer service again. They forgot the egg on on a three ingredient sandwich…and the bread feels like it was from yesterday- but my dog enjoyed it!

She then was too busy being rude and forgot one of our drinks. Then when I went in to go get the drink we were missing she proceeded to to act like I wasn’t there and kept giving me dirty looks. Never had an issue at this location until today. Customer service was not even a 1 more like a zero.

Like not warm but less than Luke warm. I should be able to go at any point during the day and get hot coffee. I totally realize the thing is Ice coffee but im just not a fan.
