- TMTess MeadeApr 19, 20263.0They consistently get our order wrong so just double check your stuff before you leave. They’re super apologetic when it happens and always fix the issue but still. This is the only coffee really in Soddy so we go often and once the food’s right it’s delicious!

In knowing what aged, sitting out tea tastes like I can tell u guys r using old tea and tryin to pass it off as fresh, please stop!!! there's an obvious taste!! Stop using old tea to serve ur customers!!
- LPLeila ParkerMar 22, 20262.0I am not sure who the manager is at the Soddy Daisy Dunkin but they should read these reviews.... I went the other morning for the first time in probably a year. Placed a mobile order. Went inside to pickup. The girl who appeared to be a team lead or some type of supervisor was putting together an order. Kept huffing and puffing and asked me if I was Jessica after about 7 minutes if ignoring me. I said no. So she got my ordered which was a coffee and bagel and gave it to me. Not a have a good day, nothing. Please understand that I work in a customer service role as well so I am aware of the struggles, we also were extremely short staffed Sunday at my pharmacy but not once did i take that out on my customers. Do better. 🤷♀️
