  Literally the best Panera I’ve ever been at. Jessica, Nathalie, Karla, Alis, and Rubio are some of the most hardworking and well mannered young employees. From the moment I walked into the store till the moment I left they displayed the best customer service and care! Would highly recommend the Smyrna Panera to friends and family.

  A friend and I dined in here yesterday (4/16) around 1-4 pm and had a wonderful experience. The manager was walking around making sure everyone was doing well and enjoyed their meal, and brought us our plates. I also saw the employees cleaning tables, passing out samples of their new cookie and just overall working as a great team! Haven’t been to a Panera in years before our visit yesterday and will definitely be coming back to this location specifically! (Btw- the new salad stuffer is amazing!)

  I was just thinking the other day Panera isn’t the same great cafe experience anymore, but not this location! Amazing staff, service and atmosphere! The new manager is doing an amazing job

  Christopher deserves a raise. He has wonderful customer service skills. At the drive thru window he randomly mentioned it being a hot day outside and offered me a cup of water. That may seem small, however, in this day and age it is really hard to get people (especially as young as him) to go the extra mile. One small act of kindness like this can make a big difference in someone's experience. I am a manager myself and I always hope that my team goes out of their way to do something kind like that.
