  Everyday I come here and get two mocha frappes for my mother this isnt just the first time this has happened the first incident they just swiped my card and handed it back to me, me not thinking it declined I drove up to the second window where they handed me my food then proceeded to tell me my card declined the manager then told me I owed some money which i didn’t mind paying for which I thought the entire payment went through but only partially paid which was weird cause I thought if there was insufficient funds the card should have declined without taking any money but today I went I ordered my usual two mocha frappes with no whipped cream i didn’t get read my order back to me and on top of that i got handed only one frappe me thinking im getting two the same manager then proceeded to bring up the same situation from 3-4 months ago never in my life have I ever felt disrespected like absolutely unprofessional I come here pretty much every day but after this I will take my business to Nissan dr where there “products” are cheaper anyway

  Its a great place . Its always busy. The only downfall is parking at night . Parking lott is to small for all the night life

  Showed up at 11:30 on Sat. with posted hours of 1 a.m. and was told by an AI drive thru assistant they were closed. Useless.

  They are quick, but my food is almost never correct, but I know this is a busy location and mistakes can happen

  Absolutely terrible! Maybe during the day is different but late night, NO THANKS! Was on our lunch break and we were pretty hungry so went to McDonald's, 1st thing the lady working the drive through couldn't understand anything we were saying so we had to repeat ourselves over n over n over and we could hardly understand her. So that was very frustrating and took forever. Only had a 30m. Break n that took up 17m. Of it. Order $20 worth of food & it was so bad. The buns were so hard, it literally sounded as if I were on knocking on wood. The fries were even harder. Needless to say went back to work like 6m. Late & was still hungry and spent $20 on trash! Was HIGHLY UPSET! So avoid this location frfr!😠🤢
