  I observed several administrative and organizational inconsistencies during my visit to your second Murfreesboro location----mirroring issues encountered previously in this place as well. Specifically, my bubble tea order was not delivered after a 15-minute wait, when I came to this place to have that drink to be served first, despite repeated requests made each time our meals were served, suggesting a lack of proper order tracking. Upon inquiry regarding the situation, it was communicated that a sole waitress was on duty, which raises concerns about organizational and administrative efficacy. This staffing oversight directly contributed to a less than satisfactory waiting experience for patrons. Furthermore, the individual responsible for clearing tables created excessive noise, and the establishment's cleanliness was notably substandard. Consequently, I will not be returning to this establishment neither the other one.

  This is the second time being here 1st time they forgot my sushi roll it took forever. Today they took forever to even take our order then didnt make my roll correct. It came back out after my spouse finished his. (His was okish he said. It had different ingredients that what was listed. I ate a few slices had to again call her over to get the bill. She took of a ice tea for the trouble. We wont be back.

  The only reason 3 stars is the food is amazing and flavorful.... however we have had 2 grubhub delivery people leave and a third finally brought us our food... today my wife ordered online and I arrived before the time it was supposed to be ready (6:15) and was waiting an additional 30 minutes for our food to get ready. She was really nice and offered me drinks for the wait but after a 11hr work day I just wanted to get our food on the way home. I got there at 6:02 and was leaving with food for three people at 6:45. Food is amazing but you are going to wait for it. I am not sure i feel it is worth the wait anymore but will try again sometime in the future when I'm not really hungry to see if it is a reasonable time frame for the food.

  I got the chicken pad Thai and it is the WORST I have ever had. Absolutely no flavor.
