There was just me and another customer. I ordered 2 cheesebacon burgers, and when I got home, I realized that my burger didn't have any meat patty. It was basically the bun, lettuce, tomato, and bacon. No cheeseburger at all! Very frustrating!! My friend felt sorry for me and gave me some of her patty, which of course also ruined her burger as well.. so basically both of our cheesebacon burgers were ruined. I called the restaurant 12 times already and I still couldn't talk to anyone (it is almost 4pm). No one picks up the phone. This is very frustrating.

My only issue is the price is getting out of hand. Over 6 bucks for a regular Cajun fry 13 bucks for the burger and 3.50 for a drink then they have the audacity to ask for a tip to cook the food and throw it in a bag. They should offer low cost financing for a dinner out maybe they would get more business. Done with five guys.

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
