    horrible service . was greeted by a worker named ajaila a min later after recognizing me while she was on her phone. place an order ahead of time ( 2 hrs in advance to be specific) upon arrival a woman by the name of Ajaila told my husband there wasn’t an order placed under my name . sent my husband my screenshot of my order , he showed ajaila and said “well it hasn’t showed up on our screen” . he proceeded to ask for a timing when it’d be done. once again ajaila told my husband 15-30 mins. he had asked if she was sure and she proceeded to answer with a “ if not you can wait all day” unprofessional to a loyal customer for years. staff has just gotten worse on every visit. asked for corporate number and she said she didn’t know it and to google it ourselves.

    I’ve been a few times. Each time, no food is ever ready. They wait five minutes after payment to even start making food. All the employees are too busy playing on their phones, and messing around, and barely work. The tables are always dirty. They do not wash their hands and use gloves before touching food. A lot of cussing, and inappropriate conversations. Employees sitting around. Terrible service all together.

    I went to there website and ordered delivery. they said that it would be 55 to 70 minutes. i never even received crap. when i called them the lady there had attitude and never even helped me in any way. i asked for a refund and they hung up on me!

    I ordered my food at 1:21 pm in store and to-go. The family that ordered before me got their food, ate, and left before my order was ready. There were some orders placed after me as well that were prepared first. I ordered 2 meals, a 10 piece boneless combo and 5 piece crispy tender combo. At 50 minutes, I asked for a refund. The dude working the counter was friendly and sympathetic enough and said the manager had to refund it, a short Hispanic woman with gauged ears with star shaped inserts. "He'll have to wait" was her response. So I waited. During this time, she dropped a pair of red tongs on the floor and then threw them (the staff was beefing and cursing at each other the whole time) under a table and went back preparing food without changing gloves or washing her hands. Turns out it was my food. And the fries were not how I ordered them. At an hour, I kinda yelled behind the counter that I would like to leave since I've already been there an hour. I was told yet again that I'd have to wait because they were busy. People waited to order and left without ordering because of the wait. As I mentioned the staff was yelling and cursing at each other, I assume it was at the GMs because the staff was asking for help and to have coverage to go on break/lunch and eventually just walked off. In the end, I finally got my refund at a hour and 15 mintues, by the other GM, a dude, who was also there and observed everything. This place is so horribly mismanaged by two uncaring GMs. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else.
