I understand being short staffed, however walking out with a to go order that was supposed to be ready at 12:51 PM, and not walking out until 1:15 PM is not okay. I watched as two other customers placed their order after already waiting for my to go order, and they receive their placed order, and still had to wait almost another 10 minutes for my smoothie. The food item that was included in my to go order had been made prior to my arrival and had been sitting there the entire time. When I asked for a refund on the item because it had been sitting there, the young lady with frustration stated she would remake it. Again I understand being short staffed, but the service provided today wasn't good.
