That’s unacceptable. If the machine isn’t working, why is the item still available for online purchase? It’s frustrating to waste time driving there, expecting what I paid for, just to be told it’s “not working” again. This seems to be a constant issue. If you can’t keep one of your most basic items available — or at least update your system so people aren’t charged for it — that’s a serious problem.
