One employee was using his bare fingers to stir coffee while preparing an iced coffee for a customer, and a Caucasian female employee was eating fries as they were being made for customers. No gloves were being used, and there was no visible effort to maintain proper food-safety standards or professional hygiene. This is unacceptable, especially when it concerns customer health and safety. FIX IT IMMEDIATELY AND FAST BEFORE PEOPLE GET SICK

I waited for her to bring my next ice cream cone and I found out she just ignored it! When I talk to her about it she cussed me out, this is not a place you call kid friendly. But in the end I got a free drink and ice cream cone. So this is 2 stars please do better next time.
