  Bathroom was out of toilet paper. We asked for toilet paper and no one came to give us any. Had to wipe with napkins that felt like sandpaper and my daughter had to go get them! A worker went in after us to use the restroom with no toilet paper in hand. Not sure what she used to wipe with 🤮. Came out the restroom and put hand sanitizer on.. no soap! Would NOT recommend

  Burger was burnt and looked like someone squeezed it in there fist, bathroom was disgusting, my shoe almost came off my foot because of the sticky floor, the homeless looking guy handing me my food.... Wasn't rude, but definitely wasn't friendly.

  Just wanted to say how pleased I was with the service I received on Tuesday evening the 10th of February at your Smyrna Almaville Road location. I was getting a cookie tote to take to some friends. We give them as a gratitude gift to lots of places. When we are pleased with their service we give them cookie totes a lot of the time. They are always hot and delicious! I asked could they put them in a bag with a seal so they could see no one had been in the bag. The lady at the counter was so accommodating to do that for me and I really do appreciate them doing so. They were working hard to get the order out and really care about service. This Smyrna location is an outstanding one to go to. Thank you all for caring about customer service and the GREAT JOB that all of you do!

  Cant tell you how the food is because the late night crew is a bunch of goofballs. After a long day of working, i just wanted a quick meal before heading home later in the evening. Went through the drive through for 2 items. Waited at first window for 10 mins . Finaly someone was able to tell me to pull up to next window, from this pov i can see staff just being some goofballs (irritating when you work full time and goto school) just to wait for another 10 mins. Mind you.. no line, or busy.. just kids with no work ethic. I ended up just leaving and went to a better location. Dont go to this location at night. Complete laziness and unprofessionalism.
