- JMJessica MerrimanNov 17, 20252.0Food was mediocre & lacked the heat level I requested. I ordered a curry & was excited to try it. However, both the rice & vegetables were quite overcooked. The largest issue was the atmosphere. We were seated next to a large party of about 15 people. This party allowed multiple children to run laps around the table, screaming at the top of their lungs. At one point I looked over & a toddler was crawling across a table on all fours. The child nearest us slapped another child across the face, leading to more screaming & fighting. The adults continued casually chatting amongst themselves & ignored their kids' feral behavior. There are no noise-dampening elements in the dining area, so the mayhem was amplified. We saw one couple call over a server, point to the obnoxious party, immediately receive takeout containers & leave. The restaurant failed to intervene & allowed the chaos to continue uninterrupted. Even if the food were fantastic, I wouldn't return based on the terrible management of a situation that never should have been permitted.

The presentation was beautiful, and the flavors mouthwatering. I had the General Tso’s Chicken. The veggies were perfectly steamed, the chicken was wonderfully crispy, and the sauce was glorious. I got spice level 4, and was very pleased. It was just spicy enough to get that pleasant burn. My friends got the yellow curry and fried rice, which were equally amazing. I will certainly be returning here, and highly recommend Honey’s if you’re looking for a new favorite, too!
