What’s the point of mobile ordering if the drink isn’t even started until after the pickup time? Mobile order is supposed to save time — not be standing around while people who ordered later get served first. If Dutch Bros doesn’t queue or pre-make mobile orders, just be honest and call it a pre-order. This defeats the entire purpose.

The drinks are usually decent or good but never what I ask for, never the milk or syrups modifications. Long wait times even for order ahead. However the team is friendly.

So we went over after shopping and I had a medium Hazelnut Truffle Mocha, iced. No extra charge for sugar free syrup or an oat milk substitution. The coffee literally tatsed like it smells! Absolutely perfect and delicious! I woke up this morning and rushed over to get another cause I don't live around here. I have a new coffee obsession. I think the price was either similar or a little cheaper than Starbucks, but the quality/taste was significantly better. I will definitely be going back the next time I'm in town.

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
