The young woman who assisted me with my order and the young man at the window were both remarkably professional and personable. I'm traveling for the holidays, so I asked for my iced drink to just leave room for ice so that I can add it in the morning. The cashier/barista insisted on me getting it done a different way, which would add extra sweetener/shots/milk/etc all the way to the top. After going back and forth, I said "Fine, just add the ice, I'll just scoop it out myself," and she said "No, ma'am, you can still get it without the ice, but this way you get a full cup" - I didn't want a full cup, I wanted room for ice so my drink isn't watered down when I leave in the morning. Instead, I get to enjoy a drink that's now room temperature halfway through the drink and it's pretty gross. I genuinely thought this would be an easy ask, but I guess not.

I saw 3 cars leaving the line that morning. The girl taking orders must have been friends the the person in front of me. They talked right up to the window and got mad when I said something...funny now she wants to take my order. IM AT THE WINDOW NOW. Should have done that 4 cars back. I don't go here for me. I go for others in my home. I prefer Starbucks further down the street, but I'll take that drive for myself

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
