- GOGwen ODec 30, 20252.0I have been to this location three times . At first i had issues with the small portions I had to keep asking for more. One girl even put a few pieces of lettuce on my burrito then the last two times they put so much juice from the corn on my burrito that it was soggy. They don’t drain it before they put it on the food. I have to repeat myself every single time . When I come up there the sitting area is always very clean . The register people are always polite and professional. I feel like the people that work the line need more training . I also feel like they need to clean off the counter that they’re making the food on more.

There is no line infront of us . There are 3 chipotle people looking face and speaking in AirPods without even speaking to customer. The lady that made the bowl is not listening and speaking in AirPods . The taste was not even fresh as well .

Upon entering, around 8:44 PM, the employees saw us and proceeded to work without acknowledging us (no other customer was there) One employee was sitting in the corner eating. The food area was extremely messy and dirty and the food appeared to be sitting out a long time. First and last time..

- CAChristina AlawiDec 12, 20251.0This place just opened up down the street from our house and my husband and I were beyond excited. Unfortunately, I placed an order online with an estimated pickup time of 5:50pm. The app gave us a free guac which I added to our cart. My husband arrived at 5:50 to pick our order up and they ask to see our receipt to confirm the free guac. That should be visible to all employees. No problem, I send him a screenshot of the confirmation. He arrives home with our food and both orders are cold. Which means that the employees prepared our food well before the estimated pickup time and it was sitting there, getting cold until we arrived. I tried calling multiple times to speak to someone in charge and of course no one answered. Not a great experience. Definitely deserve a refund. Probably won’t be back.
