I paid 20 FREAKING DOLLARS to get a bowl with extra carne asada, and when I got home there was definitely not double meat in the bowl. I contacted them through the chatbot and was left on read for 10 minutes. I called the store and was hung up on twice before talking to a manager, I told them I had photos of the food, but I had eaten it, because I was hungry, and they told me they didn’t care, and there was nothing they could do, unless I came back and they gave me extra meat, or showed them the food, which I ate, because I bought food in order to not be hungry. I don’t want extra meat by itself, and I definitely don’t want to get left having 3 separate times after spending a SIGNIFICANT amount of money on food.
