WOW what a horrible experience ever!! We were the only customers inside. One car at the drive thru window and 3 employees. The drive thru guy only dealt with the window one guy in corner was mixing waffle batter. The 3rd one at a table wiping what ever. NONE looked at us, NONE acknowledged us. After 5 minutes the waffle guy finally said what you want, like we were bothering him….we placed the order and he still needed to be corrected twice, then looked at the tip jar like he expected us to put money there…I think NOT. WE wont be back!

To the nice, young man who just started there: you got this! And for previous reviewers wondering about when they can get shakes: I just got a couple of world class chocolate shakes at 5 AM. I hope that info helps.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
