  The 3 times that my husband and I have visited this location, we get skipped when taking orders and once we get to the front it takes about 10 minutes for us to be acknowledged due to the staff grouping together around friends cars and talking. Today we just drove away instead as we waited 10 minutes at the front of the line no order taken while again they all stood at a friends car talking very loudly not working laughing and joking.

  My wife and I have been here 3 or 4 times and every single time without fail we get skipped over our order being taken until we get to the front and have to tell them our order hasn’t been taken yet while everyone behind us has had theirs taken causing the line to be held up for the staffs lack of awareness. Today the same thing happened again except this time we sat at the front of the line for 10 minutes no order taken and not a single employee came over as they were all standing at a friends car yelling and laughing having a great time like they don’t have a job to do. This is by far the worst 7Brew location i have been to and will not be back I’d rather drive 20-30 minutes to the Murfreesboro location for good service and the same amount of time honestly as it would take this location to take an order.

  Not only do I love the drinks at 7brew, but also the people - they are the best! The brewistas like Autumn and Addie are always so sweet and they brighten my day. Much love for 7brew in Smyrna ❤️

  I awoke with a vicious thirst for caffeine that only a little treat could resolve. I drove to this fine establishment and was greeted by the loveliest folks, cutting it up and answering all my questions until I cultivated the most perfect combination for my special bevy. I can say without a doubt it was beyond delicious, I ascended as I left the drive thru with a smile on my face. best coffee around & a great staff, if you don’t know what you want they’ll guide you there’s so many options it’s unlimited the possibility. We share laughs I sipped my coffee and started my day with a smile & burst of energy. I hope to see this location thrive like many others do ! ♥️

  I visited the Smyrna Seven Brew this AM, for the first time , Unfortunately, my experience wasn’t great. I waited in line for about 10–15 minutes without any acknowledgment. During that time, the employee was outside chatting with the customer in front of me, and no one said “we’ll be right with you” or gave any indication that I was seen. When I finally pulled up, the employee did apologize for the wait, which I appreciated. However, as she was taking my order, another car pulled up behind me, and as soon as my order was finished, she immediately went to take their order. I mentioned to the other employee that it didn’t look or feel good from a customer perspective. I completely understand that things happen and I don’t know what may have been going on nor do I need to but a simple acknowledgment while waiting would have made a big difference. I usually go to the Murfreesboro location and always have a great experience, which is why this was disappointing. I just wanted to share this feedback because acknowledging customers who are waiting goes a long way and really impacts how the experience feels.
