- RRRussell Rigsby5 days ago1.0Very disappointing experience.They must have money problems. I asked for a refill on my sweet tea and the Girl behind the counter said” We don’t do that here”She had an attitude just for me asking. Will never go back and I’ll tell everyone about it.

The woman taking our order at drive-thru was exceptionally rude. Clearly seemed like she didn’t want to be there or even want to take our order. The tone of her voice carried an ill-mannered & irritated attitude and shoving our order at us at the window without the slightest acknowledgement. Worst experience in the 6 years I’ve been coming here.

I get my cold brew without ice since I am a slow drinker/ savorer. Neville at the register took my order and was very nice. When my order came up it was another employee that had made it. My partner's was fine, but mine had ice. Grand scheme of life not a huge deal and I chose to ignore it and leave with the drink with ice. Neville noticed and asked me about it. I told him it was fine and I was ok to drink it, but he insisted on making me a new drink. Great customer service and I appreciate him going above and beyond!

- JBJustin BlodgettMar 16, 20261.0I just left the store. I went through the drive-thru to place my order for a french vanilla cup of coffee and sausage egg and cheese croissant. They assumed I wanted a cold coffee and I wanted hot coffee they never asked me. And my sandwich tasted like it came out of a freezer . Safe to say I won't be coming back.
