  Our food was cold and the server barely came to check on us , our wings were ice cold and our appetizers were good but the wings themselves were cold , I won’t be coming back , we literally watched our server check in everyone but us

  I had a very disappointing experience at Buffalo Wild Wings. When we arrived, there was no one at the hostess stand, and we waited for about 10 minutes without being acknowledged. During that time, multiple staff members passed by without offering any assistance or even greeting us. After standing there with no service or communication, we decided to leave. First impressions matter, and unfortunately this visit did not meet even basic expectations for customer service. I hope management addresses this issue so future guests are not left waiting and ignored.

  I had to go to the bar to order, despite sitting at a table. I ordered a beer and said I was going out on the patio, assured someone would check on me. Had anyone EVER checked on me, they would have learned that: 1. Every table was filthy 2. I would have like my 2-top wiped off 3. I would have liked another beer I had to go back inside to order another bev, despite a waitress serving another 2-top on the same patio. The fact is, as i have experienced several times at this location, if you are not part of the Regulars cohort during happy hour, you are a 2nd Class Customer.

  Food was terrible! My family came last night and everyone food was cold and seemed old. My food came last after everyone else finished eating and it was cold and hard. This is our first bad experience and first time eating inside this location ( and our last!). Our waitress was so sweet so we tipped her really good but the food was terrible and waste of money honestly. I’d suggest going to a different location if you was a better quality meal for your buck.
