Staff ran into customers 2 separate times and didn’t even apologize. Some of the staff were not wearing gloves while handling the food and some of the staff was just standing around while the line was getting backed up. Idk what it is about Smithville but the attitudes of these people and demeanor is just ridiculous. Everyone looks extremely miserable.
