We play star order for 16 wings a little after 4:00 and it said it would be ready by 4:29 so we showed up to the window at 4:30 on the dot and didn't get our food until after 5:00. We couldn't get anybody on the phone and we were not able to go in and speak to someone. Two different people came to the window to ask us the name on the order and the second person told us that our food was coming out of the oven but we still ended up waiting 15 to 20 minutes longer.

I was told one had be “damaged” and needed to be remade. 9 minutes later I was given the replacement pizza, which was the wrong size, which meant I had to wait another 9-10 minutes for a third pizza to be made for my pickup order. By the time I got home, the first one already had the cheese getting hard and cold from how long it took for the other one. The one that I did already have does not have the correct crust on it. Pizza Hut has trademarked “Thin ‘N’ Crispy” and no longer actually offers this crust. The quality of their food has deteriorated over the last few years. The picture shows my supposed thin and “crispy” nastiness I was given. I am pretty sure that was New York floppy style. The cheese tastes artificial and the crust was terrible. After 30 years of supporting this local Pizza Hut, I am done.
