We explained that we had no problem paying the cost for the substitution, she called my husband an asshole. Like, excuse me, what?? On the town's Facebook page, she began berating me calling me names. Is this really who Pizza Hut wants representing the company???

Called the store Gabrielle said he was going to refund and credit my account $22. I paid 25 so he stole $22 from Pizza Hut. He did not refund me anything nor credit my account I called. They said I had to speak with the general manager which she is not there right now. Of course I want to speak with somebody who can actually do something this is posthumous!
