Pulled up at 3 am at the drive thru with one car in front of me. It took a while for them to take his order. When it was my turn no one answered on the speaker. I waited for 5 minutes. I pulled around to see if they were closed, there was literally three cars waiting at the windows and you can see workers inside. So I go around again to the speakers and I say hello like 5 times and no answer. Even though I already ordered through the app I just cancelled and left. Which was probably what the workers wanted me to do. I’ve been through a lot of late night drive through and usually someone will tell you that they’ll be right with you. But nope no response. Even after I asked if they were closed or not which they obviously weren’t.
There was also another time where we ordered in advance through the app and we pull up and we are told that they are closed. Then why is it open for customers to order? Usually it will say the store is closed. And also they’re supposed to be 24/7. I have a feeling the workers are not doing what they’re suppose to be.

First time at the new location and Crystal took my drive thru order she was absolutely amazing and knew all the deals! She was so fun and was an amazing experience

I always have to pull up to wait for my food- not that it takes too long, it's just how McDonald's makes customers feel like they aren't actually waiting. 🤷♀️

This is the worst McDonald ever I’ve waited 30 minutes for them to take my order with only 2 other cars in line. The only reason this McDonald’s gets busy is because the people running it don’t want to do their jobs. Every time I order here the people taking my order are rude asking if I’m done after every item I ask for.

Ordered on the app two steak McMuffins, got to the drive through at 10:28 and had to wait bc another customer was ordering on the other line, they got done with the customer 10:31, told them I had an online order which they responded they had no more breakfast, what made it worst is that they did not even had steak which I ordered. My question is why would you let me order something online that you don’t have? Why do you have two lanes on the drive through and just one person helping customers, which is literally the same as having one lane. Why you make customers drive there if you don’t have what they ordered?
