  There is a girl in here that is rude and mean to my kids dad every time he comes in here and it is honestly ridiculous. If you’re that miserable then leave customer service fr. No body wants to be around that negative bs.

  I don’t ever take the time to leave a review but I had to this time. Horrible service. The staff is rude and will intentionally mess up your order if you don’t tip at the drive thru on even a $5 order. If you ask a question about something on the menu they get super awkward and try to make you feel like an idiot even when you’re trying to be respectful. They must be under bad management. I’m done with this place. It’s a shame because I would get breakfast there 3-4x a week but whatever.

  i ordered through delivery and got glazed donuts and they gave me blueberry? i don’t like any other donuts but glazed. why would you put some random donut in there if you ran out of a specific donut instead of asking what other donuts yall got or refund? they also gave less drink when i ask for less ice.

  Disappointed at the fact that online orders are left on the back burner when it comes to walk-in customers. I tried to explain that online orders are put into the system before walk in customers even get out of their car and all I got was run around excuses on how I was wrong and they were told otherwise 🤔 which makes me confused about who they have managing this place. When you're waiting 15 minutes on a small hot coffee there's no reason to make excuses for that. That deserves a sincere apology. Shame shame shame...
