I tried to explain that online orders are put into the system before walk in customers even get out of their car and all I got was run around excuses on how I was wrong and they were told otherwise 🤔 which makes me confused about who they have managing this place. When you're waiting 15 minutes on a small hot coffee there's no reason to make excuses for that. That deserves a sincere apology. Shame shame shame...

I tapped on the window to think she had forgotten about me and she slings the window back really hard and speaks very rude towards me. This is unprofessional and there's no need in being unknown. Do not go here. Take your services elsewhere. I didn't even wanna give a star. Do better Dunkin.
