  After having to come back around to the drive thru window to ask for my Arby's sauce woman handed me a tiny plastic cup. With a discusting look for extra customer service. So I asked I purchased three sandwiches once a double what are we supposed to do all three of us dip our sandwiches in this one cup of Arby's sauce and I was told yes. I speak to the manager she told me she was the manager which confused me since she didn't know the menu when I was ordering and there was nobody in the parking lot and no one in the Drive-Thru I had still been told to wait before I ordered. So she told me she was the manager and I said well I don't understand how this works this ain't right y'all are crazy if you think we're all three sticking his sandwiches in this little bitty cup of sauce. She shut the window in my face after handing me a second then another woman come to the drive-thru and handed me a third cup I thought she would might have been a manager and I went to say that it was ridiculous they thought customers were supposed to do that and she said nothing to me and shut the window out of my face. The food was horrid I could taste the water but the roast beef sits in that was on my sandwich every time I've been into it all I tasted was nasty Stillwater so I couldn't even eat my sandwich it was cold on top of the box that was served wasn't hot the only thing that was hot was the child's slider it would have burned my hand if you touched it I'm pretty sure they just microwaved it I will not go back to Arby's no wonder if they have no business anymore

  Spent $46 for 4 beef and cheddar and a steak bowl with 2 milkshakes. Apple pie shake was DISGUSTING and the mocha shake was white, it tasted like nothing at all. The steak bowl was COLD. Ridiculous amount of money to be spent when u dont get hot food or good food.

  Don’t forget to mention that you have a coupon when you order (I forgot, MY BAD). Otherwise the employee at the drive thru will make a big deal out of it because they have to cancel and redo the order. And he said that of it was a manager I would’ve been cooked because I would not have been able to use my coupon. LOL okay buddy then I would have just cancelled my order. Like what? It takes how many seconds to cancel the order and the managers are too good to do that or something? The weirdest fast food place I’ve ever ordered from.

  Yesterday, 11/08/25, I ordered the #11 Greek Gyro in the drive-through. Later that evening, I became severely sick. This is the only thing I consumed differently from the rest of my family. I showed several signs of food poisoning (per a registered nurse family member). I called to warn this location. What I went through would not be good for a small child or elderly person.
