  The coffee is delicious but the best part is the staff. Ashton and Caydence always take the time to make sure my order is right and that I'm getting the drinks that my family and I want. They welcome us by name and they take the time to say hi to my kids and family when they are with me. It's always about making us feel like we are welcome and a part of the 7Brew community, not just another customer.

  I just wanted to give a huge shoutout to Maddie and Bailey at 7 Brew Coffee! Every time I pull through, they’re friendly, upbeat, and make the whole experience better. They’re quick, professional, and always make sure my order is perfect. You can tell they genuinely enjoy what they do, and that kind of energy goes a long way. Great customer service is hard to find, but Maddie and Bailey absolutely deliver it every time. If you’re stopping by 7 Brew in Shelbyville, you’re in good hands with them! ☕️👏

  5/5 Stars!! 10/10 recommend our 7Brew in Shelbyville! Our 7Brew crew is THE BEST!! They are always so kind and make my day better! No matter what the line or weather looks like, they are always happy to take my order! I have never had a negative experience at our 7Brew here in town! If my energy drink or my husbands coffee is wrong they never hesitate to fix it right then or there or if i swing back in the line (which if I’m being honest has maybe happened once) They truly are the best crew a town could ask for! As a regular I look forward to seeing them and having a good convo to start my morning off! Love them all <3

  Today was my last time coming here I was in line behind 2 cars next lane had 3 cars all cars cleared instead on the one in front of me then 4 cars pull up the girl walks out takes 2 of the new cars orders I ask hey I've been here a while can you take my order she tells me no wait until the car in front of you leaves I explained the new cars just pulled up I would like my order taken please I've been waiting she walks inside and ignored me the 2 cars orders she took left before I even ordered with no cars in front of me so glad we have so many choices in town now BYE 7 Brew

  I had a disappointing experience at 7 Brew Coffee. When I pulled into the drive-thru, there were only two cars — one waiting on their order and the other was a young man who was clearly preoccupying the young ladies working there, as they seemed more interested in flirting and socializing with him than doing their jobs. Instead of focusing on preparing drinks and helping customers, their attention appeared to be elsewhere while others were left waiting. After sitting there with no sense of urgency or progress, I decided to leave and take my business to Dutch Bros instead. As I was pulling out of the parking lot, one of the girls walked toward the exit and threw her hands up, as if me leaving due to the lack of service was somehow an issue. This location really needs to refocus on professionalism and customer service. Based on this experience, I will not be back.
