  Not entirely sure how you order a menu item, pay for it, get your receipt for said item, then are told it is not a menu item and are given something totally different. Train your employees, fix your menu, something. Bunch of amateurs.

  For the third time in a row, when we go to the counter and request our blizzard that was held for later, we don't get it until asking for it again after a long wait. Once they locate it, it's clearly been setting on the counter and is already melting. We have been eating here forever and this is the worst service to date.

  Update on 4/2/26...they gave me a blizzard with a curly hair right on top. I noticed their employees do not wear hairnets. They charged me for water that tastes like toilet water and I had to throw away. Disgusting. This dairy queen is only suitable for a trailer park. Worst DQ I've ever been to. They require you to order on app and put everything in paper holders and bags. Every order. That is so much waste. I pointed it out to the teenage worker and manager and got a bad attitude from both. Every seat in the place is ripped up and old. The place is disgusting. Do better.
