Great food only takes an hour to get it if you wait in their line and if you go inside it’s not much better. Every time i go to this taco bell something on my order is wrong or old. They show Seymour they couldn’t care less about trying.

I am from Missouri here visiting family. Husband and I stopped for a late lunch. The service was friendly and fast. The taco shells were a bit stale and the chalupa shell was a bit hard. The ingredients though were super fresh and full of flavor. We would definitely come back.

This is one of the slowest places to get your fast food app or not drive through or walkin and sit. Doesn't matter slow slow slow. Also food is usually wrong and by the time you get it it's hard as a rock . And on top of that I see several food violations. But the worst violation is that the night crew seems to have no problem touching there body hair and grooming themselves while messing with people's food . Smh , I absolutely do not recommend eating here unless you like random body hair and God knows what else in your food. 🤢

Drive thru is ridiculous, the line is wrapped around the building and overs flows to next door on a regular basis because they hold cars at the speaker to make their drive thru times look better but all it does is make a mess of things. Update- And after the 53 minute wait finally got to drive home to find my order also want made correct...

Sat at the drive thru for 30 minutes, watched the three cars in front of me place their orders the sit there waiting to be told to pull around. Watched 2 employees leave the property, and the return with energy drinks and they left carrying a bag of food. All this while they were getting a food delivery. Get to the order box finally and was asked can you give me a few minutes. Said, I already gave you 30 what's a few more. She rudely informs me that she has been taking the orders and making the food all on her own, blah blah. Well then I guess your 2 employees should not have left the property to get energy drinks. Go right up the road to the gas station and look at that the cashier has a taco bell meal....did not know y'all did delivery like that. Also did not realize it takes 2 people to deliver food. The food we got lacked much beef or potatoes but had tons of jalapeno ranch (or whatever the sauce us they use on some of their food). I believe we ordered beefy potato grillers..not jalapeno sauce wraps. Seeing how my fiance once upon a time worked for Taco Bell, we know this is not normal and I would love for corporate to do a surprise midnight taco bell run at that location a couple times. I would also like to add that the 2 employees that left, did it while the back door was wide open, delivery guys standing with their back to the door and if the girl was the only one in there taking orders and making food ... Makes for a very unsafe working environment. This may be a small town but no where is safe truthfully. As a General Manager of 6 plus years, I would definitely fire said employees or at the very least write them up and make them go back through orientation.
