- MFMike Fox1 day ago1.0Drive thru wrapped all the way around the building no cars at window nobody in dining area even ordering no excuse to take 10 to 15 mins per customer in drive thru when none are inside the dining area and yes I got pictures of both dining area empty and drive-through totally packed and no one at the drive-through window to be backed up got the food cold in the bag cheese was cold on the tacos, but was melted which means they were fixed at least an hour before just absolutely ridiculous. Customer service also don’t waste your time at this restaurant. This is at 2:00 on a Sunday after lunch is over again, nobody waiting in the dining room area. The dining room was empty no excuse for this type of service or food quality.

My issue is the management doesn’t have this place staffed properly. At 4:30pm on a Friday evening and only two people working!!! Waited in drive through over 30 minutes. The owner needs to take responsibility or lose the Franchise. I don’t know how they stay in business with such slow turn around. If no line then go for it but if a line at drive through go somewhere else.
