- BRBaby RoweMar 31, 20262.0I placed an online order and I went to pick it up when it said it was ready. But when I got there, the lady informed me that they couldn’t make my sandwiches because they had no bread. They also couldn’t give me anything I ordered, including drinks because they had to issue me a refund. It’s been over a month and I get more help out of the lady who can’t speak English than the manager. I’ve contacted her through her personal number as well, we even went in to see her and she said she’d give us a call and after several messages and emails and showing up to the store twice. Nothing. They won’t even just remake the food and just give it to us. A $70 order…

This does not answer the phone nor do they have an answering service set up. So I have not been able to talk to anyone about a refund.

- SDSerenity DevlinSep 22, 20241.0Subway workers are the worst no matter where you go. They all have attitudes at you for just walking in the door. I walked in and there was a guy in front of me. She was being so rude to him from the second he started ordering. He was being very polite the whole time where I would have given the energy back. Eventually he said "I'm sorry did I do something to you? Are you mad?"And she said "no, do I look mad?" Yes yes you do. And continued to be rude. I didn't even make it up to order. I was mad for the guy. I turned and walked out. This is at every subway we ever go to anymore. The service is always horrible. They need to start doing better and get nicer workers or I'd say they will continue to lose business. It's harder to be rude than to just be nice. Absolutely ridiculous.
