I’m not surprised to see that there is already a comment of “rudeness” from this location. I called in my first complaint on a staff member after her being so extremely hateful to me, yesterday.
I’m a new door dash driver in this area and went to the window instead of waiting behind cars to do my pickup. I didn’t know that I “had” to wait the line for an order. I would want their food to be as fresh as possible, so I thought it made sense to skip the line since there was space, and it was taking too long to take speaker orders.
This employee came to the window and gave me a “what do you think you’re doing look” and then opened the window and said VERY hatefully that I had to wait the line and slammed the window right back. I’ve thought her rude of late,
but this was the first time she spoke directly to me, so I told her when she opened the window back up. I told her who I was there to pick up and told her that she was really rude unjustly to me. She clearly did NOT like that I called her out on it. She got a defensive attitude really quick and said she wasn’t rude and that I was. She then went to get another lady to come back to the window to tell me the very same thing she had just told me.
I said ma’am, your employee just told me that. I’m not a child, I understood the first time. She said, and I quote “well, i’m the boss.” I then said I didn’t care who she was, and that I didn’t need to be told again. She then said, well you keep on…which was ridiculous. I was simply waiting for them to get the food and stop messing with me at the window.
I have a perfect score and rating with doordash. When the staff member came back she wanted to know my name and told me she was calling to tell doordash not to send me there again and that I was NOT welcome there! I was appalled at her behavior before, but now I was mad. I spelled my name out for her and told her that was fine with me, that it would be a sale they’d lose and she said “NO, i’ll be getting rid of YOU” and pointing at me.
She finally handed me the food and started laughing and waving at me as I drove off.
I called once that delivery was over to report the issue… one, bc i’ve been in the restaurant business for many years and we’d fire for this type of treatment. Two,, you don’t need to be in a customer service position if you can’t handle the smallest of things without treating people like crap.
And lastly, i’m also a PAYING customer. The older lady with white/gray hair is awesome here. My husband and I have said many times that she was always on top of things and so polite. I guarantee you she wouldn’t have treated someone in this matter.
I definitely don’t want anything from this other than it to be brought to her attention. I described who it was when I called. This is the prime example of not knowing what a person may be going thru, and you should always be mindful of that in any environment, much less in this business. I would bet money that others that work with her or have been served by her have complained before.
Please address and see that she does better. It was so over the top over a simple pickup order.

incredibly rude and not a way to run an establishment. also, if you go, its drive through and mobile order ONLY. so much for being "america's best drive in."

It never fails to amaze me that EVERY SINGLE TIME I GO HERE my order is ALWAYS WRONG. I’ve been here maybe 3 times in the past 2 to 3 years and every single time nothing is right. It’s either wrong side, wrong size, or wrong everything. And if you try to correct them and get what you ordered you get attitude every time. Unacceptable

I've never known any place to not be able to split payments. I've been a cashier for years, I don't know what system "just can't split payments". Because of this, we had to go somewhere else because there was a line and the cashier refused to try to run our card before placing the order, and we didn't want to waste food. Ridiculous.

I do DoorDash and the customer called me after drop off to let me know the order was incorrect. 6 minutes left until the store closed and I was just about that far away so I called. Thank God Kaylee answered. She stayed on the phone with me and sorted through all the tickets (was a busy night) to find the correct order and made it right for the customer. She was really sweet and so helpful. Thank you so much Kaylee!!
