They barely put any cheese on the pizza even if you request extra cheese. This has happened multiple times. The staff all seems really friendly but I'm wondering if they've been told to go easy on the cheese from management or corporate. Cheese is what makes a pizza. I'm not sure that we'll be ordering from here again, which is a shame.

The crust literally crackled in my mouth from the dry raw dough. $40 completely wasted. I’ll be disputing the charge with my card company. How this place has a 3-star rating is beyond me. Zero quality control, zero care. Absolute embarrassment to the brand of Papa Johns. Edit: More than 500 individual accounts have seen this review, I like to think I saved at least ONE person from wasting their money on this chain. Owners never reached out, neither did corporate HR. Disappointing but not surprised.
