  Worst service I’ve recieve in McDonald’s history smh so they know n can use this as training I ordered clearly and repeated I needed extra syrup n butter again I need plenty like 4 syrups go to window lady rude not only did I have to tell them 19 times I’ll repay I need 4 syrup manager was literally been a rude person a 🫏 over .41 cents smh u wonder why certain people get treated certain way because of your horrible way to judge n disrespect customers what happend customer is right what does 2 syrup butter cost st you? Do u think McDonald’s is gonna give u part of their profit raisers ur paycheck? Will they think twice to fire u but yet u treat customer that come by verry often like trash smh like thieve 🙈 god bless u hope that .41cents feed ur family well

  This was my first time visiting the specific McDonald's to go into the restaurant itself. I typically have been through the drive through many times but never endorsed. The restaurant was very clean and at the time that I was there which was during breakfast there were hardly any other customers and it was very spacious the tables were clear and the man behind the counter was very kind as well as had a good sense of humor and joked around with my partner who joked with him. We ordered breakfast and we ordered a sausage egg and cheese biscuits, pancakes, two orders of biscuits and gravy and some hash browns and I have to say all of it was delicious and it was finished cooking very quickly. Our number was called very fast and I was quite impressed that not only was it done quickly it was done deliciously and we all enjoyed our breakfast. I'm not sure what else I could really say about it other than we did have a good experience and the restaurant was nice and the food good and I will be returning to it the next time I'm in the mood for McDonald's. My one and only miniature complaint is that there was no section to get napkins or ketchup things like that I had to go to the counter and wait for an employee to notice so I can ask them for the items. I would much prefer like other McDonald's to just gather myself well when I need extra but it's not a very big deal at all the employee was very kind about it I did not feel like I was interrupting or bothering and actually there was a smile on most of the employees faces.

  The workers in the drive thru are so rude. Literally looked at me and didn’t say a word even after greeting them first. Just shoved my card and food back at me. As a manager of a store that has a 4.8 rating, do better!

  Let me start from the beginning all different times... I get a McChicken light mayo extra lettuce. I got a spicy McChicken, I go inside let them know and they hand me a new one. Made correctly but still a spicy McChicken. Finally get it right after try after try. Next time I got a cheeseburger no mustard extra onions (only ask for extra because they never put them on there anyway) I get a cheeseburger as is of course no onions. I go back inside get it back and still no onions and now has mustard. Finally get it right after the 3rd time. Well today the last day of going here I asked for the cheeseburger extra onions no mustard. I get a cheeseburger no onions. I go back in and ask for a box of them and said I would just do it myself. TELL ME WHY I was given a box of FROZEN onions. Frozen literally had ice on them. I go here because they're food is the best out of other McDonald's. But not no more this is crazy... They were definitely all informed that I was just given frozen onions.
