  Food was good and fresh. The service was fast . They are just not welcoming like you would want a tourist attraction

  We will always come to pigeon. Forge never stopped at this McDonald’s but every time we pass it, we would always wonder why there isn’t any cars in the parking lot. Now we understand why first off we went through the drive-through instead of having a sign the one line was out of order or not working they didn’t so we sat there and then eventually had to go through the other line to place the order once we place the order they couldn’t even remember what we ordered. I had to give my receipt still got the wrong food and the woman at the drive-through seem like she doesn’t understand English or she’s high off of something. This was my first time going to the McDonald’s and it will be my very last time going to this location. It took a very long time just to get the food back in correctly. Very rude and bad customer service

  Whomever was taking orders in the drive thru at 11:17 am on 3/20 was very rude, short, and simply wouldn’t listen.

  our food was wrong and we went back and asked about it and they said they would fix it but then handed us rock hard, cold food that seemed like it had been sitting out forever :( will be driving a little farther to go to one of the other McDonald’s stores next time
