We have never experienced such rude service from someone working in the food service industry. The cashier was fine, you could tell she was new and learning. The manager needs better back line staff. The cook ROB MCCAIN ( yes we asked for his name in disbelief someone could be so rude) came up poked the incorrect order ( with his bare hands) and said you get what you get there are no do overs and was refusing the correct the issue. Two baconator combos with one piece of meat and a sliver of burned bacon on the top. My husband was so beyond furious he called the corporate office while we were still in the dining room. Never again! Apparently we should have read the reviews before stopping!!!!!

No one took an order or tried to talk to me. A pregnant woman just wants her fries man :( please update online hours/ actually be there when open!
