I was there to get an app order I had placed on line 10 mins before I left work. I got there and the line around the drive thru was long so I went inside. They had 3 other people before my order. Another person she stood 5 mins got her mobile order, mine was still not done. A couple come in to place an order to eat in. My food still not done. I had to leave my food what was already paid for just to get to work on time. I spent over 30 mins on the inside and no food. I even went back outside to go thru the drive thru and it was 5 cars deep, I did not have time to wait any longer.I work locally and traffic is bad so I had had 20 mins left to get back to work. I tried to call when I got to work to ask for a refund they did not answer the phone. I will not due business with them again.

I’m going to start by saying I worked at Wendy’s when I was in my 20s. I also worked the register and there was never a time where I had a grumpy face on. If Heather is the blonde that worked the register today around 3 o’clock, then she’s not very friendly cops and attitude, and doesn’t like to be told things are Low such as utensils. It isn’t my job to tell you there are no spoons or forks or anything of that sort. I would not have gone back to the counter to ask if there was a spoon in the utensil spot. My chili was warm, not hot and my frosty, she had to go make one for me at another machine because the only Frosty’s they have in the front are the vanilla. I personally don’t think they should make vanilla. I didn’t like the flavor.
