I’ve been to this Wendy’s about three times total in my life since they opened.
None of which compares to the Wendy’s in Forks of the river.
However, tonight was especially disgusting.
My daughter was sick with an ear infection and she wanted Wendy’s since we didn’t have time to eat when I got off on the way to urgent care.
My burger had several hairs on it.
My daughter ate half of her burger before she started spitting it out saying there was hairs all in the mayo on her burger.
She ordered a strawberry swirl frosty and my daughter took one sip and told me there was no way she could drink it. It was disgusting.
Needless to say this was my last chance given at this location. I have no trust in the staff here.
I’ll probably be nauseous the rest of the night.
$17 in the trash, too tired to bring it back for a refund.

Absolutely atrocious that these employees get their $15 per hour but can not get a SIMPLE order correct!!
My wife stopped and ordered me a number 1 Dave’s Classic DOUBLE Cheeseburger with everything but pickles. Not the combo just the burger. My wife brought me home a Single with onions and pickles! We were charged for the double.
Not to mention my wife had to stand in their restaurant and wait for the wrong burger for 20 minutes. That is not “fast food”!

The food was fine, but it took 25 min to serve 4 cars in the drive thru on a Friday night at 10pm. Had to get out and walk our crying baby in the parking lot for that long. If you’re trying to quickly get on the road after Dollywood, don’t go here.
